1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with sogbet, accessing the sogbet website at sogbet.cam, or using any service provided through the sogbet platform (collectively, the "Services"), you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. These terms apply to all users of the sogbet platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses the Services in any capacity whatsoever.

sogbet reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. sogbet reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify your age, identity, residential address, and any other information you provide during registration or thereafter. Such documentation may include government-issued identification, utility bills, bank statements, or other documents deemed appropriate by sogbet. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by sogbet may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, or termination of your account.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may register only one (1) account with sogbet. Multiple accounts registered by the same person or household are strictly prohibited. sogbet employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any player found to be operating multiple accounts will have all accounts immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and all pending withdrawals voided without exception.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your sogbet account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity occurring under your account shall be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification procedures designed to prevent fraud, money laundering, and other illegal activities. sogbet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and the verification status of your account. sogbet aims to process verified withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours, though actual processing times may vary.

All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. You may only withdraw funds using the same payment method used to deposit funds, unless otherwise approved by sogbet in writing. 5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions as published by sogbet at the time the Promotion is offered. These specific terms shall supplement and, in case of conflict, supersede these general Terms & Conditions with respect to the specific Promotion.

Unless otherwise specified, all Promotions are available only to players who have completed account verification and meet all eligibility requirements. sogbet reserves the right to exclude any player from any Promotion at its sole discretion, particularly in cases where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of Promotion terms is suspected.

Bonus funds awarded as part of any Promotion are generally subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirements applicable to each Promotion shall be clearly stated in the Promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe shall result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sogbet platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification
• Operating multiple accounts or allowing other persons to access your account
• Collusion with other players, including sharing information or coordinating betting strategies

• Engaging in arbitrage betting or other forms of advantage play designed to guarantee profit
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate game outcomes or platform functionality
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening sogbet staff or other players
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the sogbet platform

Any player found to be engaging in any prohibited activity shall have their account immediately suspended or terminated, all balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, graphics, text, software, and other materials available on or through the sogbet platform (collectively, "Content") are the exclusive property of sogbet or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the sogbet platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Content without the express written permission of sogbet.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sogbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the sogbet platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if sogbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

sogbet's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the sogbet platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your sogbet account during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the sogbet platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good faith negotiations with sogbet. If such negotiations are unsuccessful within thirty (30) days, either party may proceed with formal dispute resolution procedures in accordance with Philippine law.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

sogbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for account suspension or termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms & Conditions, suspicious or fraudulent activity, non-payment of debts, failure to complete verification procedures, or regulatory requirements.

Upon termination of your account, all outstanding balances shall be subject to verification and may be forfeited if any violation of these Terms & Conditions is discovered. You remain liable for all obligations incurred prior to termination, including any outstanding w agering requirements.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting sogbet customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds in your account balance within thirty (30) days. After this period, sogbet reserves the right to deduct administrative fees from dormant account balances as permitted by applicable law.
